Searches the brand's training documents and accumulated agent memories for specific information. Use when you need detailed context — product details, FAQs, competitor info, written guidelines — that the brand kit's top-level fields don't cover.
When to use it
Brandstaq automatically picks Search Brand Knowledge when you say things like:
- “What do we know about our pricing tiers?”
- “Search the brand knowledge for FAQ content on refunds”
