General Agent

The all-domain brand operations manager that every brand gets for free.

General Agent

The General Agent is your brand's operations manager. It's auto-deployed when you create a brand kit and handles all four domains (social, content, community, sales) until you hire specialists.

What It Does

  • Social — posts, engagement, trend monitoring across connected platforms
  • Content — creates videos, images, presentations, written content
  • Community — monitors mentions, responds to comments, manages conversations
  • Sales — LinkedIn prospecting, outreach sequences (Pro+ tier)

Daily Workflow

Each scheduled run, the General Agent:

  1. Checks platform health (are connected accounts still active?)
  2. Reviews analytics and engagement metrics
  3. Researches trending topics in your niche
  4. Plans content and engagement actions
  5. Executes the plan (with approval gates if configured)
  6. Records learnings for next run

Configuration

Schedule

Default: every 6 hours. Customize via chat:

"Set my agent's schedule to weekdays at 9am and 3pm"

Budget

Default: 100 tokens/day. Adjust via chat:

"Set daily budget to 500 tokens"

Approval Mode

  • auto_publish — agent posts immediately
  • review_first — queues for human review before posting
  • notify_only — posts then sends notification
"Set approval mode to review_first"

Domain Management

The General Agent tracks domain status:

  • active — handling this domain
  • blocked — no platforms connected for this domain
  • handed_off — a specialist agent handles this domain

When all domains are handed off, the General Agent becomes a coordinator.
