Core Concepts
Brand kits, agents, skills, and the execution engine explained.
Core Concepts
Understanding how Brandstaq's components fit together.
Brand Kit
A brand kit is your brand's identity in the system. It includes:
- Name and logo — visual identity
- Colors and fonts — design system for generated content
- Tone and guidelines — how the brand communicates
- Voice preferences — TTS voice for audio content (per domain: social, content, community)
Every user can have multiple brand kits. Agents, content, and analytics are scoped to a brand kit.
Agents
Agents are autonomous AI workers deployed to your brand. Each agent has:
- Soul — personality, archetype, communication style, values
- Playbook — what the agent does, how it plans, when it works
- Schedule — cron-based: "weekdays at 9am", "every 6 hours"
- Budget — daily token limit to control costs
- Approval mode — auto-publish, review first, or notify only
Agent Types
| Type | Role |
|---|---|
| General | Auto-deployed. Handles all domains until specialists are hired. |
| Social Manager | Social media posting, engagement, trend monitoring |
| Content Writer | Blog posts, newsletters, threads, long-form content |
| Sales Agent | LinkedIn prospecting, outreach sequences, follow-ups |
| Community Manager | Discord, Reddit, Telegram community engagement |
Skills
Skills are the building blocks agents use. They're organized into categories:
- Reading — fetch timelines, analytics, mentions, comments
- Engagement — reply, like, follow, DM
- Publishing — post content to platforms
- Search — web search, AI-powered research
- Content — create videos, images, presentations
- Chat Tools — memory, reports, inbox, goals management
Agents discover skills dynamically and execute them on demand. See the Skills Catalog for the full list.
Billing
Token-based billing with four tiers: Free, Mini, Pro, and Max. Each tier includes more brands, agents, and access to premium AI models.
See Pricing for current plans and pricing.
Token packs are available for burst usage.
