Approval Workflows
Three modes control how agents handle content before publishing.
Approval Modes
Auto Publish
Agent posts immediately without waiting for review. Best for engagement actions (replies, likes) and time-sensitive content.

Agent queues content for human review before publishing. You approve or reject from the Approvals page or via chat.
"Set approval mode to review_first"Notify Only
Agent publishes immediately, then sends a notification so you know what went out.
"Set approval mode to notify_only"Reviewing Content
When agents queue content for review:
- Go to the Approvals page (or
/approvals) - See all pending content across all agents and brands
- Approve to publish, Reject to discard, Edit to modify before publishing
- Batch actions: approve/reject multiple items at once
Per-Agent Settings
Each agent can have its own approval mode:
"Set my Social Manager to auto_publish"
"Set my Content Writer to review_first"
