Brandstaq gives every client their own autonomous AI brand team — separate brand kits, separate agents, separate content libraries. You stay in control of quality with approval flows. Your clients get daily output without daily effort from your team.
Brandstaq is built for multi-brand management. Each client lives in their own brand kit — separate brand voice, separate platform connections, separate content library, separate agent roster. You switch between clients from a single dashboard without logging in and out.
Each client's General Agent runs their daily content and social operations. When a client needs specialized output — a LinkedIn outreach campaign, a technical blog series, a product launch social push — you deploy the right specialist agent for that job. When the campaign ends, the General Agent picks back up on routine operations.
You control approval flows per client. Your high-trust clients can have autonomous publishing. New clients or clients with sensitive categories go through review queues where your team approves before anything goes live.
The economics of running an agency with Brandstaq are different from hiring junior writers and social media coordinators. A coordinator can manage 3-4 clients at full capacity. A Brandstaq account manager overseeing agent outputs can manage 10-15 clients at the same quality level — reviewing and refining agent outputs instead of producing from scratch.
Brandstaq's dynamic pipelines let you build reusable content workflows that apply across clients. Build a 'product launch campaign' pipeline once — brief, multi-channel social plan, blog post, email newsletter, 30-day social calendar. Apply it to any client's new product launch with a single brief. The pipeline runs, the outputs land in the client's content library, and your team reviews before delivery.
Brandstaq's content library supports multi-format output: text posts, images, PDF reports, audio content, and video scripts. Everything your team produces for clients, whether agent-generated or written by your team, lives in one organized place per client.
Every client wants to know their investment is working. Brandstaq's brand health score gives you a unified view of each client's performance — follower growth, engagement rates, posting consistency, and content output volume — in a format you can export for client reports.
The brand health score tracks trends over time so you can show clients how their metrics improved since onboarding. For clients who want to see the work, you can give them view access to their content library and brand health dashboard — they see the output without having access to your agent configurations or other clients.
Brandstaq pricing is based on your plan tier and token usage across all brands in your account. Agency plans give you higher token limits and more concurrent agent deployments. You manage billing centrally and price your clients however you choose — Brandstaq doesn't charge per client brand, you pay for the compute you use.
Client-facing portals are on the roadmap. Currently, you can export content library items and brand health reports for client delivery. Some agencies share a filtered dashboard view with clients using view-only access. Full client login with isolated brand access is coming in a later release.
You can edit any draft directly in the chat interface before approving it. If the agent's outputs consistently miss the mark for a client, you can re-run the onboarding interview to update the agent's soul and playbook — effectively resetting its understanding of the client's brand without losing platform connections or content history.
