When you create a Brandstaq account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

When you use our services, we collect brand kit data you upload (logos, colors, fonts, tone of voice), content you generate, and usage analytics to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI content generation services
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (password resets, job notifications)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) to generate content. Your brand data may be sent to these providers for processing but is not stored by them beyond the request lifecycle. We use Flutterwave for payment processing.

5. Your Rights
